Thank you for shopping with Kavay Collection. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Kavay Collection is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.


International Shipping

At this time, we may not offer international shipping unless it is available at checkout.

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

Kavay Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping restrictions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Kavay Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kavaycollection.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Kavay Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us at info@kavaycollection.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@kavaycollection.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the information and determine the next steps.

Please do not discard the product or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.


Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Kavay Collection because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Original shipping fees may be non-refundable.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to carrier restrictions, address issues, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other concerns.

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on location, carrier rules, or applicable law.


Preorders and Backordered Items

If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, the entire order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Estimated shipping dates for preorder or backordered items are estimates only and may change.
